Dalia Faitelson 

composer, guitarist, vocalist, DJ, coach, and trainer in creative communication.

Dalia was born in the Negev Desert of Israel. Her first impressions were of blazing sun, open space and the shades of brown. These impressions will follow her always.

 

Studied at the Rubin Academy of Music and Dance in Jerusalem, followed by Berklee Colleg Of Music, Boston.

She has in her credit 12 album releases.

After many years based in Copenhagen, Denmark, Dalia decided to move in 2022 back to her homeland Israel.

 

Dalia owns a highly personal touch. Her music is diverse and has its roots in jazz and various forms of folk music. Her latest album “Inner Sky Project” combines elements from ambient and electronic music.

 

Through out her musical career Dalia’s idea has been to create a truly global sound. She strives to reach a natural fusion between top professional musicians from diverse cultural background.

AWARDS & NOMINATIONS:

Dalia received the Danish equivalent of a Grammy for her Jazz album ”Diamond of the Day.”

In 2005 she received the “Composer of The Year Award” given by the Danish Composer Association.

Her album “As The World Sleeps” was nominated by the Danish Music Award for “Best Vocal Jazz Album.” The same album was chosen by the Swedish magazine ROOTSY (Sweden) as one of the 15 best jazz releases worldwide, 2014.

Nominated 3 times for a “The Danish World Music Award” with her band PILPEL and Global Sound.
